All my domains are purchased from namecheap.
I really like the prices for domains.

I wish I could not leave a star at all. I purchased to 2 domains and neither work after emailing support for help for a month they won’t release access to me. Please run to another company before buying through them. Also, they refused to give my money back which is fraud. You cannot take money from a client and hold up your end of the deal with delivery of The products. I am reporting them the FTC, cfpb and the bank!

Check Issue: on Google search for "mxtoolbox IP Blacklist Check" then enter Namecheap domain, you will find tha ips are Blacklisted!

I am overall amazed by the excellent service I have received, it's my first time coming to namecheap and found the overall customer experience very second to none, live chat answered and resolved my query very fast and sorted my refund.

In 2021 I invested to acquire a premium domain for $10,400.

Namecheap failed to disclose, in any way, an absurdly high renewal fee of $10,400 yearly that forces me to keep paying $10,400 every year in order to don't lose the initial money I paid to acquire the domain in the first place.

This renewal fee was never disclosed to me in any way, I was shocked. How possible that I didn't see something like that during the purchase process?

Here is the reason... After investigating their website I found out that their website SYSTEMATICALLY hides higher than usual renewal fees by not showing them to you during your order placement, it only shows them to you if they are cheap and in my opinion I think they do that in order to lure you into unfair renewal schemes.

Everything I have written in this review is documented in a live video I made using their website. They usually show the renewal fees if they are low, but, if the renewal fees are high (for example over $10,000) they hide them (otherwise nobody would buy!).

In my opinion this is a fraud, this amount was not disclosed during the purchase process and I, as a customer, was not put in the position to make an informed purchase. I would have NEVER bought it at these conditions.

I will find more defrauded people and start a class action, this is something the FTC should investigate because is affecting thousands of people every year.

I have also placed an international fraud report at E-Consumer and a report to the FTC.
Individual Police reports, both locally and internationally, will follow in the next few days.

A company like this should not be allowed to receive online payments, that's why I am ready to escalate the issue to: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery, PayPal, Stripe.

On top of that, their lawyer reached me and accused me of EXTORTION for fighting for my refund and he is threatening me of a lawsuit for EXTORTION.

THIS IS INSANE. STAY AWAY FROM NAMECHEAP.

The ticket has been already escalated by your team, it has been escalated so much that your lawyer Eugene Rome reached me and accused me of EXTORTION because I wanted to file Police reports for what happened. This is unreal, your company is a disgrace.

In recent days JUL 2022 the servers of SSL faced a problem, that took DAYS to solve, and after that, it still TAKES DAYS to resolve with NO ETA (4 days plus). Hello!!!
Namecheap not only INSANELY EXPENSIVE; PRICE HIKES; but also no service; I am LEAVING!

Illegal activity of blocking yet active domain and not letting it transfer to another registrar.

I will transfer all my domains from them and will never buy again anything.

Truly dreadful service. I bought a new domain and a hosting package. Got to work excitedly then after a couple of days I got locked out of my account, lost access to all my files and was told that they would not be reinstated because I was some kind of fraud. They then refunded less than what I had paid for package in the first place. No other explanation. Do not trust Namecheap. They are dreadful.

Namecheap is now quite wack which could be a result of too many customers with very few technical support experts. Their service nosedived after the covid-19 and many people on their servers lost their websites to hackers, especially during the recent war between Russia and Ukraine. To make the matter worse, they acted so unprofessionally by deleting the servers affected by the ransomeware without the consent of the customers and gave an "I don't care attitude" to those who lost their websites. I lost 6 of the websites/blogs I had on the VPS I have been paying them 50$ monthly and have been spending money and time on since over 6 years to ransomeware on March 10th, 2022. Namecheap never offered any helping hand when I reported the issue to them. Namecheap instead wiped and deleted my VPS server without communicating with me.
